- Google data (via OAuth) — read-only access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and access to your Google Business Profile to read reviews and post replies on your behalf.
- Connected social accounts — profiles you authorize on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Usage data — information about how our services and dashboard are used.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the services you’ve signed up for.
- Generate your monthly performance reports.
- Post and reply on the profiles you’ve authorized.
- Handle your account and billing.
Google user data & Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not sell your personal data or your Google data.
- Google data is never used for advertising purposes.
- Google data is used only to provide and improve the services you have requested.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal or Google data to anyone. Information is shared only as needed to operate the services you’ve authorized.
Data deletion & your rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent.
To request deletion, email cs@thevictory.ai. You can also revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions.
